How many calories did you eat at your sister’s house the other night and how much are you allowed tonight? The salad bar is the best place for you. Lean meat only and no steak on your plate, carbohydrates should be utterly avoided along with soft drinks and beer.
When you’re at home, eat only fruits, especially citrus fruits. Drink a lot of protein drink to help neutralize some of the calories that may have managed to sneak in and sweat them out by doing the daily dozen. Drink plenty of water to clean out the toxic ingredients from your body.
A healthy daily diet plan can be hard to accomplish even on ordinary days; but if you were able to do it, then you won’t a have a hard time doing it now. If you have a group, meet with them and have your own party with nothing except health foods. You can also plan some physical activities which will help trim down any additional weight you weren’t able to put under control. You’ll need each other more during the holidays to discipline and motivate each other. Continue what you’re doing, you only have each other to lean on. You’re at war and the foods are waiting to defeat you.
